Biggest changes taking place would have to be the gradual change from NexGen1 to NexGen2 FICO system. You’ll never know when its coming but its coming. The 3 credit bureaus are having a lot of system issues more now than ever with incorrect information reporting. Nows the time to pull your credit and monitor your activity. August 27, 2007Hey everyone… I work as a Mortgage broker and have many clients that today don’t qualify for many programs offered today. I was refered to this guy here. Has anyone worked with him in the past. I got a lot of people hurting here that can’t get financing.
