Biggest changes taking place would have to be the gradual change from NexGen1 to NexGen2 FICO system.  You’ll never know when its coming but its coming.  The 3 credit bureaus are having a lot of system issues more now than ever with incorrect information reporting.  Nows the time to pull your credit and monitor your activity.  Please comment back on what you find on your credit.

The Credit Insider

Hey everyone…  I work as a Mortgage broker and have many clients that today don’t qualify for many programs offered today.  I was refered to this guy here.  Has anyone worked with him in the past.  I got a lot of people hurting here that can’t get financing.
